Delta Airlines Gun Trafficking Press Conference

On Tuesday, December 23, 2014 District Attorney Ken Thompson held a press conference to announce the arrest of Mark Henry and four others for their role in smuggling guns from Georgia to Brooklyn on Delta Airlines flights. During our Office’s 7-month investigation, 153 guns were recovered.

Brooklyn Chinese Immigrant Families Receive Restitution Payments

District Attorney Ken Thompson distributed approximately $25,000 in restitution checks to immigrant Chinese families who were defrauded by the operators of a bogus Sunset Park school where they had enrolled their children for Bible study and to learn English.
