Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson announced on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 that the murder convictions against David McCallum and Willie Stuckey were vacated. McCallum was released from prison after being behind bars for 29 years. Regretfully, Stuckey died in prison.
